The system works to extends filter life in heavy particle and dust environments, and our dedicated extraction and laser installation kits are designed to ensure health and safety compliance across your production line.
Key benefits
Advanced carbon filter technology ensures hazardous micro particles and gases are captured and retained in the system, protecting your workforce. The Automatic Flow Control achieves consistent air flow – when filters start to block, the air flow rate is automatically adjusted to ensure efficient and continuous particulate, gas and odor capture. The iQ+ Independent Filters Condition Monitoring clearly displays real-time information on each of the different filters, facilitating fast and efficient filter changes. It will signal an alarm if the main HEPA/Gas filter is not fitted properly, guaranteeing reduced maintenance costs and operator safety.
