2. Interview

Markem-Imaje believes in using a combination of behavioral-based and situational interviews to get to know you. To do this, we'll ask questions about previous accomplishments or how you would handle situations in the future. We also go into greater detail around your skills, capabilities, experience level, and fit for the role. You can expect to have one-on-one interviews or a panel interview, which may be conducted online, via phone, or in person.

3. Assessment

Markem-Imaje partners with a provider to use online assessments to measure skills and abilities that generally do not emerge from interviews. These assessments are critical, as they help determine your potential for success. After you submit your application you may be directed to take one of our online assessments. Our assessments are delivered online which allows 24/7 access and are fully mobile-enabled. Our assessments are available in many languages which represent the diversity that we have in the organization. Technical assessments are also in place to enable us to understand the competencies and skillsets of our highly regarded technical community to enable us to continuously build a strong team to delight and enhance customer service levels.
