Markem-Imaje’s eTouch-S wins PPMA award for innovation

Markem Imaje’s ^eTouch-S has won the 2022 PPMA Award for Innovative Packaging Machinery.

The PPMA Group Industry Awards recognise the finest examples of innovation, smart manufacturing, entrepreneurship and collaboration in the processing and packaging machinery industry.

Launched earlier this month, the eTouch-S intelligent print and apply labelling system was designed by Markem-Imaje from the ground up in response to customer demand for reduced environmental impact and greater safety without impacting supply chain traceability.

Speaking at the PPMA Total Show, Markem-Imaje’s Thermal Transfer Product Division Director Jeffrey Bradley, and Print and Apply Product Marketing Manager Mike Kirk explained the innovative approach behind the eTouch-S that was a hit with the PPMA judges.
